I had an apple with 1 and a 1/2 tbs of smart balance chunky peanut butter. Also, 1 cup of kashi go lean cereal. Trying to fast after eating so much yesterday isn’t easy.
I did some research and if you are going to fast you have to build up to it. You cannot got from eating a ton of greasy fried food to not eating anything at all. Ill start small and get there eventually!
